The course is taugt by Charlotte Skjald, partner at BluePoin Scholastic, certified coach and academic advisor

Charlotte has extensive knowledge about the maritime field, even though she is not educated in the field. She has been teaching maritime students, as well as coaching maritime students and alumni, managers, and educators.

 

We have chosen Charlotte for this course because it is all about a mindset change at sea. Charlotte will use her coaching techniques and her knowledge in intercultural communication and understanding to give you the tools you need when teaching your own students.

 

What will this Train the Trainer course cover?

The new module of the STCW Code, Table A-VI/1-4, focuses on prevention of violence and harassment at sea. As this is a new soft skill subject, BluePoint Scholastic has developed a Train the Trainer course for all educators and trainers in the maritime field.
