BluePoint Scholastic has developed a coaching program for Educators and Managers. This is a part of our well-being in education theme for the 2024/2025 school year.

This is not a therapy session. These coaching sessions are set up for you to get a new perspective on your work. You choose the goals you want to reach, or I will help you define them. The sessions will give you an objective look at your work and how you can implement small changes to get a better flow in your work. 

 

As an educator, you might feel like you are stuck in your lessons, or you feel overwhelmed with your work. You probably love your work and your interaction with your students, but you feel stuck or unable to move your students forward. We can explore this in the sessions and set out a new path for you to follow as an educator, so you will be able to support your students on their educational path.

As a manager, you might feel overwhelmed with the responsibilities put on you - the targets you have to reach, the interaction with your team, the interaction with the students, and the upper management of your educational institution. By getting a new perspective on your work, your leadership skills will be enhanced, you will improve your communication with your teams, and you will be able to lead your team more constructively.

For both educators and managers, these sessions will create a safe space, where you are allowed to be honest about your situation, and where you can develop new skills to avoid stress and the constant feeling of running behind your work life.
